Using this website

These terms apply to your use of the Three Corners Counseling website. The site provides information about counseling, DOT SAP evaluations, scheduling, insurance, and fees. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for an individual assessment or professional medical advice.

 

Starting services

Reading this website, sending a message, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a therapist–client relationship or confirm that a service is appropriate for you. Contact David Newson to discuss your needs, confirm eligibility and appointment availability, and complete the required intake and consent steps.

 

Virtual appointments and service availability

Availability depends on the service requested and the state where you are physically located during the appointment. Tell us your appointment location before scheduling and if it changes. Review the relevant counseling or DOT SAP service page and confirm eligibility directly before beginning services.

 

DOT SAP evaluations and return to duty

DOT SAP evaluations are a separate professional service governed by applicable DOT requirements. Recommendations depend on the evaluation and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Completing a SAP follow-up evaluation does not by itself authorize safety-sensitive work. Required testing and other return-to-duty steps must also be completed.

 

Fees, insurance, cancellations, and refunds

Review the Insurance & Fees page for current pricing and coverage information and the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms. Insurance coverage depends on your plan, eligibility, and the service provided. Confirm your payment arrangement before the appointment.

 

Privacy and website communications

Use website messages for brief questions about services or appointments. Avoid sending detailed clinical information or payment-card details through the contact form, standard email, or text messages. Review the Privacy Policy and the privacy-practices document provided during intake.

 

Emergencies and urgent help

This website, contact form, email, and text messaging are not emergency services. For a medical emergency or immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For suicide or mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
