Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee of $80.

Each client will receive one waived late cancellation or no-show fee as a courtesy. After this one-time waiver, the $80 fee will apply to all late cancellations or missed appointments.

 

Standard therapy sessions are 55 minutes. Any request to adjust session length must be discussed in advance for scheduling purposes. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and cannot be extended.

 

The following applies only to DOT SAP services: Refunds for Initial Evaluations may be considered only if requested prior to the completion of the Initial Evaluation. Once the Initial Evaluation has begun, whether completed in full or in part, refunds cannot be issued due to DOT requirements and the professional obligation to complete the SAP process with the same provider.

 

These policies help protect reserved appointment times, ensure fairness to all clients, and maintain compliance with professional and regulatory requirements.
