Refund Policy

Individual Counseling and SOAP

​Please remember to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance, as you will be responsible for the full session fee for any late cancellations or missed appointments. This policy applies to both individual therapy sessions and to the Structured Outpatient Addiction Program (SOAP); however, for SOAP participants, the 24-hour cancellation policy applies before the start of the new SOAP week. The SOAP is billed weekly, and once a new SOAP week begins, refunds will not be issued for any missed or unattended groups within that week. The standard therapy session length is 55 minutes, and any request to adjust session duration must be discussed with the therapist ahead of time for scheduling purposes. SOAP group sessions begin promptly, and late arrivals may lose therapeutic time without extension. These policies help maintain program structure, ensure fairness to all participants, and protect the time reserved specifically for you.

DOT-SAP Evaluations

Clients may request a refund only if the request is made prior to the completion of the Initial Evaluation. Once the Initial Evaluation has been conducted, either in full or in part, no refunds will be issued due to DOT restrictions and the commitment required to complete the SAP process with the same provider.​
