Refund Policy

A $20 administrative fee is required to secure your appointment time. This fee is refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend your scheduled session (no-show), you will be responsible for and charged the remaining session fee of $60.
