Refund Policy

Individual Counseling

Your time is important, and so is mine. I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time to another client who may be waiting. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend your scheduled session (no-show), the full session fee of $80 will apply.

DOT-SAP Evaluations

Clients may request a refund only if the request is made prior to the completion of the Initial Evaluation. Once the Initial Evaluation has been conducted, either in full or in part, no refunds will be issued due to DOT restrictions and the commitment required to complete the SAP process with the same provider.​
