Insurance Accepted

Three Corners Counseling is in-network with the following insurance plans for individual therapy services, including the 16-week Structured One-on-One Recovery Program:

- Aetna

- Cigna

- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

- UnitedHealthcare (Optum)

DOT SAP Services (Out-of-Pocket Only)

DOT SAP services are not covered by insurance.

All SAP evaluations, follow-up evaluations, compliance determinations, and Clearinghouse-related services are federally regulated and must be paid out of pocket. Insurance cannot be used for any portion of the SAP process.

Fees and payment expectations are clearly outlined prior to beginning services.
