Service Description

Book your initial virtual DOT SAP evaluation with David Newson at Three Corners Counseling. Services are available to eligible clients physically located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, or Tennessee at the time of the evaluation. We will confirm eligibility and required intake steps before your appointment. The one-time $400 SAP fee includes the initial SAP evaluation, follow-up SAP evaluation, and required FMCSA Clearinghouse reporting. Recommended education or treatment and return-to-duty testing costs are separate. Allow up to one hour for your initial appointment. This appointment length does not represent the time needed to complete the full SAP or return-to-duty process. After checkout, you will receive intake documents through SimplePractice, which is also used for secure messaging, appointment reminders, and virtual SAP evaluations. Eligible clients may use Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay at checkout. Contact Three Corners Counseling before booking to discuss a direct payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No refunds are provided once the SAP evaluation has begun. By purchasing SAP services through Three Corners Counseling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
