Addiction Counseling in North Carolina - Virtual Support for Recovery
Substance Abuse Counseling for Individuals Across North Carolina
What Is Addiction Counseling?
Addiction counseling helps individuals understand the root causes of their substance use, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward long-term recovery. I work with individuals navigating challenges related to alcohol, opioids, stimulants, cannabis, and other substances. Whether you're exploring change, maintaining sobriety, or rebuilding after relapse, support is tailored to your unique path.
What to Expect from Sessions
I keep things simple, direct, and free of judgment. We’ll talk about where you are and where you want to go, and I’ll help you build tools that work in real life, not just in the therapy room. I’m not here to lecture or shame you. I’m here to help you understand what’s really going on underneath the addiction so you can heal, grow, and move forward. My work is grounded in compassion, vulnerability, and purpose.
Why Choose Three Corners Counseling
This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, be heard, and begin the work of healing, at your own pace, without fear of shame or stigma. Addiction is often the visible tip of deeper pain. Together, we can work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity, codependency, relationship struggles, self-esteem and spirituality.
Insurance Accepted and Pricing Options
I offer transparent pricing and accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. Private pay is $80 per session.

Most clients start with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, goals, and schedule. Flexibility is part of the support I offer.
I bring professional training, 11 years in active addiction and long-term recovery. This allows me to meet clients with compassion, realism, and zero judgment. I combine evidence-based methods with lived experience to offer therapy that’s grounded, honest, and focused on lasting change.
I specialize in substance use and addiction recovery, as well as the underlying issues that often fuel them, such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach addresses both the symptoms and the root causes to support long-term healing and personal growth.
Sessions are 100% virtual and fully confidential, so you can access support from anywhere in North Carolina. Limited in-person sessions are available by request. I believe that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person. Connection and healing can happen anywhere you are.
